Jeanette Sportsman
Executive Director
Jeanette Sportsman is the Executive Director at Addington Place of Shoal Creek, bringing 25 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong focus on senior living. She began her journey in the industry as a Business Office Manager and worked her way up to Executive Director, demonstrating a deep commitment to leadership and resident care.
Jeanette is also a licensed respiratory therapist and is currently furthering her expertise by pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Administration. Her well-rounded experience in both clinical and operational aspects of senior living allows her to provide exceptional support to residents, families, and team members.
Outside of work, Jeanette stays busy with her two children, ages 16 and 19, who are active in softball and baseball. She enjoys supporting them in their activities and cherishes family time.
